Denis Salle holds an M.A in Political Science from the University of Hamburg and a MBA from the University of Hawaii. He has been representing the Federal Republic of Germany in Hawaii in his position as Honorary Consul since 2012. In this role Salle strives to facilitate cultural, administrative, defense and business cooperations between Germany and Hawaii and organizes events to nurture bilateral relations while supporting the community of German Nationals in Hawaii.

Salle is owner and president of eC3, LLC since 2007, a medical IT services company, providing independent physicians throughout the US with software, IT support and revenue cycle management services. Salle is a former TV news journalist, having worked for German national television and Hawaii’s local KGMB.

He lives in Honolulu with his wife and two sons and has been a board member of the Alliance Francaise since 2015.
